Foundations of Herbalism: Level 1
Our next Foundations Level 1 session will take place in January + February!
This is an academic, foundational approach to herbalism designed to help you understand the why behind what we do, rather than simply memorizing a list of herbs and their uses.
Class studies include:
🌿 Herbal monographs & reliable resources
🌿 Botany & plant identification
🌿 Herbal terminology
🌿 Plant constituents
🌿 Herbal actions
🌿 Tastes & energetics
🌿 Understanding herbs through observation and study
🌿 Hands-on learning & preparations
🌿 Building the skills needed to continue studying independently
